I've had a legion 7 for a similar amount of time, but I've always stayed consistently around 130fps the entire time I've had it. weird

Graphics drivers, make sure all the drivers are updated. Also check the temps maybe for throttling, if it throttling thermal paste change could help.

First of all, check the temperature values of your laptop's processor and video card during the game. If the temperature is high, you need to clean your laptop. Because laptops protect the processor and video card after certain temperatures, which reduces performance.
