nah ACEND were very 1trick vs EU teams, almost lost to VK and lost to 100T, their saving grace was gambit and liquid destroying all non-eu competition for ACEND to get a free playoffs bracket since they prepared mostly for the best eu teams

not free as in like bad competition, free as in like they were never taken out of their preparation

ACEND was good vs EU in 2021, but against Americas and APAC they were more 50/50, they were never really tested much out of their comfort zone. They barely won vs VK proves that they could have gotten upsetted if there were more apac/SA teams in their bracket
