Nah that wasn't a flick, they antistratted that and knew Taco did that when they take mid that way, you can see on the replay how he peeks aiming for that spot already.
On the other hand the quick scope on Nzr for that 1 vs 1 was actually insane, even though how Nzr played that could be questionable
