It's really sad that these organizations go for imports . I get that picking home grown talent is risky and you probably suck for a month or so but that's how a region grows. They should pick up talented rookies with an experienced coach.

Also the players they get are washed up EMEA pros that no T1 or T2 org wants KEKW.
South asia should build their scene instead of relying on trash imports.
This is better in the long run.

Because currently SA has a very shallow pool of igl who are good enough
