bro there are teams in NA and EU doing this shit. All boaster said was that he wasnt taking any chances if he has the possibility (which he does, since there are like a million teams in EMEA he can scrim)
He also said he's not missing out on much because he can always scrim LOUD (if they still want to) and other LOCKIN teams, once they're actually in brazil.
Boaster and fnc 99% of the time refuse to scrim teams that are in the tournament, it's not just loud. In previous tournament fnc has refused to scrim Liquid, 100T, Xset, and many other teams.
