in SA you can break rules, in EU if you pee at streets you're going to jail.

SA >>>> EU, for rich.
But depend of countries, in my opinion the best ones is Portugal/Spanish for low taxes.

But as I know portuguese people are not that much friendly at all.

Portugal and spanish people are terrible. If one day i become rich its def one of the least countries i would want to live in. The chances of you being called a monkey there specially being brazillian is giant lmfao. But if ur rich idk if you would care about what other people think, but it would be def uncomfortable
