This is my dm gameplay that I just recorded, it has 3x higher pc latency than I usually have(15 ms vs 5-6ms without recording) so normally I play a bit better, but my mouse movement is probably the same as usual, can any high elo players point out mistakes in my crosshair placement/mouse movement cuz I whiff seemingly easy shots quite often?

I like this game too much so I won't, at least not in the near future.

best thing you can do is probably... i dont know actually i have never played an actual valorant ranked game before so, i cannot give you any feedback. all i can say is keep up the hard work.

use normal resolution and stop abusing run and gun so much. you just need better aim practice, crosshair placement is fine.

It's not even "abusing run and gun" in my case, I'm genuinely missing counter-strafe timings for some reason.

Coming from a plat player take my words with a grain of salt but imo you take too much time between shots, I’m assuming this is because of low sens. As for missing easy shots I don’t know what to say practice I guess? However as a person with high sens I can say that my aim seems very good in deathmatch (diamond-immortal lobbies usually) but in my plat comp games is a lot worse so your aim style may actually be a lot better for actual success. Sry I don’t know much about how to improve😕

Its the origin vandal and the awful res.

If you are missing timings on your strafes I would focus on taking your time with your movement and slowing it down a bit while you are warming up, then your timings will be a lot better once you are warmed up.

15ms and 5ms makes no difference

#13

Nah, it's actually quite a big diff, like between 130-140 and 250+ fps

Thats copium I literally can’t tell the difference between 15 and 60 in some cases

5 ping and 15 ping is near 0 difference

Ping and pc latency are different things, 3x time to render a frame is quite a large diff u know

Hi I'm immo 2 rn. First what's your hz? It felt like you took a little long to shoot. Second I noticed you held a lot of angles while exposed to a bunch of others. I don't think your movement/aim is necessarily bad (maybe you should just work on reaction time), but your positioning need a little bit of work.

my reaction time is better in normal circumstances cuz I have 3x lower pc latency without recording, and about positioning- it's dm, in ranked I usually play anchor role so I play super safe and I never gonna hold those angles. you think my movement is not bad cuz you are also immo2 pisslow just like me, in fact it is rly bad when compared to 500+ rr players, but I don't know how to imitate them successfully

If your immo the chances of you getting help from this site from people 500r+ are low %90 off the site is not even immo watch one of those coaching guides from radiants

I'm quite sure we have some top1k eu vlr lurkers, not every imm3-rad player is a pro.

basically u tap and burst way too much with low first bullet accuracy

youre trying to force movement/strafing too much to where youre shooting even though youre not on target

you should prioritize hitting the first shot/few bullets and i think youll see better results

That's what I think too, but I'm trying to make myself a harder target to hit by moving, unfortunately it messes up with my accuracy and it shows a lot in pistol rounds

And also, when it comes to strafing- im trying to emulate this type of movement
https://youtu.be/EK89_k_N3C0
https://youtube.com/shorts/6RSVibllwWU?feature=share
He micro-strafes after every 2-bullet burst and enemies tend to whiff on him, however im just not as clinical with timings obviously, but im very appreciative for ur feedback, didn't expect a major finalist to casually reply in my thread lol

so here's the thing i was gonna say reactions but then there's latency so that's that

then i was gonna talk about ur constant strafing but it's a dm so you're probably practicing strafing in the first place ( you don't need to strafe that much in ranked and focus more on ur first shot accuracy)

ur crosshair placement and ur aim are good and improvement only comes from playing more you're not gonna find a magical recipe to improve fast

other points that are not shown in the video but worth mentioning (idk if ur good at them or not) is angle holding, and i mean very tight angles not the off ones
maybe u can train that a bit.
note: try NOT strafing when holding a tight angle don't jiggle too much imo gives u that good tracking aim (of course while spraying)

also spraying isn't bad tbh you just need to know when to use it

and my personal suggestion DM is ass to train ur aim go for the bots and do 30 bots challenge and the normal bots strafing one

EDIT: and lastly for ur own question about missing easy shots I would recommend playing 30 bots challenge on medium and work on micro adjustments, so don't go for flicks but rather point at the bot when he comes up then micro adjust ur aim to be on his head and shoot a youtuber called N0ted has a good video on that u should definitely watch

a pro with insane micro adjustment skills is none other than DA BEST yay if u want to see phenomenal first shot accuracy and micro adjusting go watch his games

Yep, my micro adjustments suck, I hit 20-23 on hard but medium score is the same lol

Just need a bit of polishing that’s all, just play the game more and the timing of your strafes will be more in tune with your shots.

never saw ur shooting error graph yellow, always blue. even if u shoot accurate but if u move, u will get shooting error. try to be more "patience"
