Guys give me some advice on how to eat less
Whenever i get bored even if im full i start to eat something
because of this habit i have gained some weight
So give me some tips to not get addicted

Eat low calorie but bulky stuff. And drink lots of water + electrolytes

Eat protein more, it takes longer to digest than carbohydrates... So you wouldn't feel hungry all the time.

Keep doing something, if you're preoccupied with something... You wouldn't even realize that you're hungry

eat cucumber when you are hungry , i also used to eat load of stuff randomly when i was hungry but now its under controll

if u go to grocery 1x a week then only buy food that will last you 1 week . u will be forced to eat only when u need to

Its a lot about what you eat, not how much. You can also eat more if your more active, that doesnt even just mean going to the gym. If you have a pet, take it for longer walks for example, stuff like that can make a genuine difference. Also like 4evrDuke said drink lots of water and other liquids. Make sure food is less easily accessible. That may be harder if you live in an apartment but I find that if i store food in my room i'll eat far more than if i have to get up and go to the fridge to get it. You can break this habit man, you got this.

Dont buy food, only the one you need. If you dont have trash food at home then it becomes easier, chewing gum could also help
