Chamber ult nerf

I don't like it. It basically becomes an op now which takes away what makes it special. They should have nerfed it in this way: give him only 2 bullets and bullets get recharged only when u get kills, basically like Jett knives

it shouldve been like this from the start. his ult should have just been a free OP
