Went to HR for being homophobic

I got called into HR for being homophobic towards a girl
I didn't say the slur that would get banned on this site, I didn't say it was wrong to be gay, what happened is she brought up the fact that she has a girlfriend (without me asking about it) and so I said how my family is pretty conservative so I understand what it's like to have unsupportive parents

What makes this the most confusing is that I like men, and am a man
I don't think she knows that I'm gay, so when I got called to HR I said straight up, 'I like men'

I'm unironically scared to be in a room alone with her, I try not to look at her or talk to her which makes working pretty fucking dogshit, just constant anxiety today when she was on my shift
I don't want to go full retard and become red pill because of this but like bro, these false accusations are kinda fucking scary son
