They aren’t as reactive as NA teams and generally don’t match up mechanically either (maybe with the exception of rb and stax). They were good for their set plays but teams around the world adapted to them already cause everyone was stealing those plays.

NA isn’t “10x better” tho.

I am not gonna lie, Vision Strikers is a team who look less then favorable in the international scene, but we cannot glance over the generalization of that asia sucks in CS so they must suck in VALORANT. We gotta remember these guys created different strategies and playstyles that NA and BR both use on a consistent level with the aggro play styles. Sure they are gonna have a tough time, but so are the other "dominant" teams in other regions. I cannot see them be at the clear top but I can see them making some quite surprising upsets.

To judge teams right now, because it's hard to judge the region, you kind of have to judge teams based on what actually happens in game. Like, can they adapt well, exactly how good is their aim, is their map pool solid, do they have good coordination, just things like that. Based off of an analysis like this, Vision Strikers would probably fall into the low end of Masters. This is especially true because they haven't even played against any teams outside of the region so it would take a lot more effort to prepare. Either way, I would love to see some of their set pieces in action in Masters.

I think they are a good team, but in terms of international level they'll won't be that successful as they are in their region.

You see many teams dominating in many regions, but there's always someone to beat them one time, one day. But in KR that does not seem to be the case. The region itself looks weak. And this is why I don't think VS is ready do play against other regions since in their own region they don't have actual rivals.

I could be wrong tho, and they come into Reykjavík destroying everyone with not a single loss. But I don't think this will happen.
