At least there will be noise lmao. Imagine japanese crowd in champs. Would rather have copenhagen crowd than that boring shit

There would be no noise. Korean stream gets like 2k viewers, valorant is not popular there.

Did you sleep through this whole year? DRX in champs had 30K+ KR viewers not including co-streams

It’s insane how NA hasn’t had a crowd LAN. like how did riot manage to fck up something so ez. biggest orgs, giant fanbase, HQ of riot, and they still killed their game here

VISA Issues, and the last time they have a LAN in the US it was riddled with COVID so yeah

#27

how are there LAN issues when the players all live in US? also covid is the same everywhere. riot is just very weird about Covid as if we haven’t had sport games the last 1.5 yrs

bro do you remember last year's NA LCQ? that event turn into a disaster lmao, got cancelled played on LAN because of COVID and the OCE teams getting cucked

so like I said: riot is braindead. it’s not difficult to host an event

Riot can't control covid outbreaks. They managed to make LAN in other locations, so maybe the problem wasn't Riot, idk

what outbreak lmao? we’ve had sports games the last 2 yrs. it’s just riot

Visa Issues, and val isn't really that big in asia outside of korea

and BR already had a LAN for valorant before, so that's probably why

Shame that the best Brazilian team decided to fuck themselves over

#9

why a shame??
Just 2 players were signed by a NA team (that has a really big buy power, comparing to LOUD)

Cauanzin and Tuyz are really good players... Cauanzin already have proved himself when played in Masters Iceland for NIP
Tuyz is a cracked player that was not used to play in Controller role, but has a potencial to be in pANcada's level tbh

#18

yes guerri banned by esic
but the assistant coach Tacitus stepped in for the last couple of majors.

doesnt make sense that they arent doing the same again.
especially cause this major is more important to them

on the good side that makes us have even more teams to cheer for
from 3 teams we have 5 "brazilian" teams now
SEN, KRU (because of xand), MiBR, LOUD and FUR
and even LEV, kinda, because of nzr which is argentinian but we still consider him fondly as a brazilian because of his history in FUR

Btw their fanbase is a disgrace. The last chance qualifier for champions were there and when kru won their spot against some brazilian team the venue got empty before the game ended. Really sad.

What did you expect? That a bunch of people who went there to see their team would just be happy about KRU, specially KRU of all teams?
And you say that like the same thing didn't happened to LOUD in champions. Whenever optic won a round, the crowd would go nuts, and by the time the series was over, a lot of people cheering for optic had left.
