Harbor sanest take...

This agent is meant to be played in a COMPLETELY different way than a normal controller. Actually he shouldn't be called a controller at all. I saw many pros and streamers play him today but I really liked how scream played him. He(scream) literally used the smoke mid-fight to protect himself or his teammates from multiple angles. Harbor is definitely built to be played pro actively and will be good for aggressive plays. Having said that his wall needs to be stronger like inc. slow duration

Why did they even added slow effect it doesn't really do much and why does it affect yourself as well make it last longer for enemies or something because 1 second slow which isn't even a proper slow is just useless
