What sets Loud apart from other Brazilian teams?
I have been watching Brazilian teams compete since last year's Reykjavik Masters and the region has improved hugely since their debut tournament. However what I find amusing is the fact that Loud look completely different from the other Brazilian teams. Their executes on Ascent and Bind were really good! When they started out this year, I felt like Sacy is still going to be the big bad of the team and put up similar numbers like last year. Saadhak is a good IGL but he wasn't that exceptional last year. Aspas was a ranked demon and when I first watched him, he reminded me about Heat. I heard Less was a good player, not a lot about Pancada and my first impressions was that they would finish top 4 in Reykjavik 2022.

When I look at Brazil as a region, I feel that there are lots of talented players and raw aimers(Heat, Mwzera, Dgzin, Khalil, Mazin, tuyz, cauanzin, matheuzin, kon4n etc.)
You can't say that the other teams are strategically bad i.e; when I looked at Fnatic vs Furia, Furia really counterstratted their Icebox and punished their attack side. Similarly they played well on Haven and lost by a really close margin. NIP played really well in Reykjavik too. Is it their mental? Or is it there inability to close about crucial games?

What do you have to say?

hmm finally someone recognising NIP

yeah, it's their mental.
while NIP players are chokers (except cauanzin he's a sociopath like Less)

I lost count on how many times NIP choked against Loud

the experience factor is knowing how to do anti-tactical things that Brazilian teams don't know how to do only with loud, I feel that for a Brazilian team to reach loud they have to invest more in technical commission and that loud stop in time, something that doesn't happen because the loud goes hiring spacca will get harder to stop them

se esse spacca low IQ virar coach da Loud desisto deles

vai afundar a equipe

ontem o maluco tava falando para a Loud passar a usar neon na fracture
olha que absurdo
sendo que a FPX já expôs todas as fraquezas dessa comp com neon
a comp com Viper/Raze é a melhor

It's their ability to adapt. They show up with their strategy in mind, EU/NA teams can feel the game better and adapt to your strategy and turn the tables on you, while the BR teams can't really feel the game that well and rework their strategy/positioning mid game to keep surprising the oponent.

Loud's most differentiating feature from other teams is certainly Mentality and preparation for the games.

That's true. I don't know a lot about Loud's coach but he seems to know his game very well.

Yes, but did you know that the team's Tactical is all made by sacy and saadhak? They already talked about it. Loud wanted Onur as a coach to help in the strategic part and with the 2 boys, but after the vaccine problem they took 100% tactical and let bzka give more help and help with the boys.

Players diff.
The big difference is that the 5 best players individually in Brazil are exactly the 5 players from LOUD.

(Heat, Mwzera, Dgzin, Khalil, Mazin, tuyz, cauanzin, matheuzin, kon4n etc.)

About these players you mentioned, trust me, they are way below all LOUD players individually... Every now and then they make some highlights that some lay people end up thinking they are good, but they are not.
And of course, besides being better individually, they are light years better strategically and anything else...

Discipline, Training and Humbleness.

Humbleness - Too much BR pros who migrated from other games have big egos. This stops them from truly achieving higher grounds.

Training - LOUD have shown that they spend all their time creating Strats, Antis, Defaults and Executes. They wake up early to train and do a variety of things other than ranked and scrims. Unlike NIP who are shown in video saying they only train 6 hours a day.

Discipline - if you watch those videos from riot where they show the comms in pro matches, you will see how calm and focus LOUD is, while the other BR teams sound like ranked matches with everyone talking over each other.

Another thing is that a lot of pros here act like aim is enough, it isn’t. Less’s aim is great but because of his gamesense and training he manages to consistently catch his opponents sideways.
