an easier way is you can disassemble the phone into a few pieces and scatter them or have multiple individuals bring them though the detector and reassemble it inside the school, or if you dont have any friends you can take in parts day by day and put them in a hidden location.

This is best option if you are allowed to install programs, if this is not possible you could also try a node unblocker (just google it) you can even host one yourself using and online provider or your own computer if you know how to do it.
The bypass i found is pretty simple however its only ever been tested in specific circumstances.
If you have a web based web filter, i.e., when you visit a blocked website it redirects you to another website, that is the web filter, what you can do is quickly turn off your wifi, then turn it on again, then spam reload on the website until it loads. I’ve only ever tested this on iPad since thats what we use. You are then able to access all websites w/o restriction from the web filter. This works because when a web based filter is enabled it takes time for the connection to be established, essentially there is a brief moment of time where the web based filter is not filtering since your wifi has just been enabled and it disconnected when you disconnected your wifi, thus any traffic sent during that time won’t be scanned and hence cannot be blocked
