Franchising is not prioritizing who is the better team, instead, they pick stable org with the most funds. Most fund org can buy out a roster of team you said. In fact, they can offer them a better salary

Its possible that due to the govt. has not approved a license for the game to go live and the game has to stay low profile all the time (this happens once with PUBG that it got hit so hard streaming platforms cant even publicly say "PUBG", rather you have to say "Chicken Game" to mean PUBG. I maybe wrong here cause I aint a bussiness man but I think its the same thing as "super league" in football. Only the best teams fight each other so the viewership will be high always and I dont think the orgs will also suffer losses. Its like premium valorant. It will be like top teams feeding the domestic league teams by buying their players so money flows more straightforward. It will be all the best players in the partnered teams. I dont know anything but Riot should know what they r doing. 12 should be minimum tho
