its mainly americans, from my experienced they have some weird views on minors compared to LATAM/Europe, we treat them like grown ups but americans treat them like babies, probably due to laws like 21yo drinking age or the fact LATAM/Europe kids lose virginity at 15yo and start smoking/drinking very early so they are very mature for their age
