its actually mental how many impactful kills he get. he had a very bad map 1, but after that his kills were so impactful. the stats dont do justice especially on icebox. and its also that him being the sage means he is the one who dies most of the time while planting and stuff. i just hope he keeps up these performances and maps like bind dont happen

I feel like he throws them a lot of rounds too though.
For example ot round 1 on bind he didn't swing after trexx to trade and they ended up losing the round bc of it

He is the definition of an impact player. Doesnt dominate the scoreboard. but when the team needs him most, he just gets a 2k or an early pick and doesnt over extend. Great support player

definitely a ropey bind, but he was absolutely pivotal on Icebox towards the end and OT

these are just arguments to make up for his inability to win duels, he played well in OTs but u could argue if he hit those easy shots before it would've been easier to win
he went -22 this game with 2 wins and a very close loss

No you are just looking at the final stats and judging him. Watch it by map , he had a below 100 acs bind , that is the reason why his stats went that low , he was beyond perfect after the bind map. And i don't think his aim is bad, it's good

yeah but bind was 12/14 if he managed to win some duels they would've won the game
anyway how can we decide if a player is good or bad then?
did u see how many easy shots he missed on icebox?
sure started getting kills in OT but that doesn't make change the fact that he screwed up before.
also check his past games, he is consistently like that
and i would like to add that his best agent is skye and for some reason they got him of it so even that is gone for him

he always turns up when needed, he goes crazy on OT. sometimes you need someone like Russ on your team to take the fall and play agents like this on certain maps, he does great on his role

Russ was really important clutching out some really important rounds in OT, but going -22 is still not good no matter what role you play. Especially when he activated and started fragging in last rounds on last map it would have been even worse if those didn't happen.

He was like -17 from the first map , don't look at the first map when judging him for the 3rd. His first map ruined his stats, but yeah he needs to ensure maps like bind don't happen again and he can consistently get these impact frags

he is performing bad since then emea playoffs, mostly they are playing 4v5. probably they will bench him before then champions.

He had the highest ACS on defense for icebox. Had the highest FK (7-0!!) and 100% KAST on defense. Which all seems to match with what we have seen in the game. You cant just blame the stats, you need to look better at the stats
