WHY JP valorant is still behind to other regions

JP valorant scene couldve been much more competitive if they weren't so near sighted on firepower that if someone has a substandard month or 2 in terms of hitting shots, that person is replaced. So any sort of strategic value these players provide, is less of a selling point to keep them around for a longer time.

I mean it's true to a certain extend. But constant changes can be a downside as well. One good example of this 100T. During their previous changes they were underperforming but when they changed their roster again , they actually did pretty well. It boils down to mostly team chemistry, individual performances and work ethics.

I don't think you've watched the JP region. Teams that don't do well will always make a roster change or terminate all of their contracts after just 1 stage

Name me NA teams that make roster changes after 1 stage (tier1)

???
So basically every region?
In NTH i feel like some players there dont have super firepower but have really good anti-tatical and strats and they literally won against zeta
the same thing for NA, optic were just winning because of FNS anti-tatical, and now xset did the same thing and 3-1 them
Wtf ur saying tbh

there are only a FEW teams that stay for a while. Teams like the old northeption and old zeta stayed for a while until a roster change so they are outliers. Teams like Enter force36, reject, blue bees, igzist, crest gaming, detonation gaming white, detonator, reignite, jadeite. You see the amount of teams I listed? You don't think this is an insane amount of roster moves just from 1 stage?

Yes i just checked all the moves on the teams you said and its literally atleast 1-3 players getting dropped in the same month, and getting new randoms. But that doenst mean they are getting dropped just because they dont have good aim lmao.
The only teams i saw that apparently know what they are doing with their players are REJECT, ZETA and NORTHEPTION, where they stayed with the same players and now are at the top, im not saying ur wrong, but i feel pretty confident to say its just bad management, and not because they have bad aim. And to be fair basically all the players i saw that were getting dropped arent even close to what they are now, like Dep.

invalid discussion, because they are not behind. It was thought until Zeta, for all we know they are > SEA and EMEA
