Yeah, I agree with you. But maybe because of the language barrier, I feel like people are hesitating to watch it when they want to since the production and everything are basically in Japanese. If you like chill discussion, you can join in the Japanese stream chat because they basically aren't as toxic as the other region's stream chat. Still, the language barrier is a thing that you have to overcome if you want to enjoy Japan Valorant.
