Skrossi to SEA team better for his career?

Everytime i see him play he tries his best but tmm8s man make it 10x harder for him...
it feels like he is wasting his potential in GE

instead wouldn't it be better if rossi & lighting fast went to SEA teams? wouldn't it be better for their careers?
