I don’t think so, if this happens then it’s a 4 way tie and head to head doesn’t matter. It comes down to map/round differential which I think they still lose out on.
Edit: wait nvm You may be right. But guard has to lose to nrg.
no it's a tie between 100t and TSM Guard would be 1-4 NRG would be 3-2 if all of that happen

and guard lose to NRG, and they have to beat XSET not happening
