I don't think ethnicity really impacts personality but i really don't have a great answer anyway. there is just something about them, maybe just that they are cute like the other guy said. i dunno - just a personal kink i guess.
and yes, there aren't many where i live and i haven't met one and likely will not, but i didn't take personality into account here so i think it doesn't really matter.
