org should think about how to pay before signing them

If you read their posts you would've realised it wasn't a scam and that they will be paid eventually. Its the players fault that they join a literal 2 month old org, ofc they don't have the systems in place to pay international players.

its like joining a new company in any where in the world and have payment delayed for weeks then say its okay its a new company

also important to note:

u have to make a contract to the org, for example 6 month contract payment
so that, if the org didn't pay u, u can sue them or take them to court

i think that's how contract works (?)

the amount that will be spent on legal exceeds the amount of salary that is delayed, there's a reason most scam esports org get away with not paying coz the employees can't pay legal expenses to sue them
