yay is so cracked and we would never be able to see it had he not switched from CS. Same goes for vanity, xeppa, Asuna who have found stability in Valorant. I'm very active on CSGO esports so I know yay from way back with FNS but never really thought he was this good because of the NA tier 2 scene and what Valve didn't do to give them a stable growth system into tier 1

all these players are talented but they did not get a chance in csgo

knowing no org investing this is probably the reason why everyone was not motivated

also wardell was really talented in cs before switching to valo if he didn't switch he probably in TL or Eg really miss Wardell right now in valo hope e joins the team

Well another problem besides orgs were also some T1 cs pros gatekept a lot of talent from coming into pro league, and then all the ESEA BS were teams that won premier and beat the bottom teams of the pro league got their spots taken away every time due to a new rule being made

FNS got chance in top NA teams (CLG, c9..)
YAY got chance in top NA team (complexity)
TenZ, android, deph, etc

Most of the people crying on twitter had their chance but didn't showcased shit. So why should orgs still continue to sign them?
Nothing wrong with switching but there are only 2 reasons for that 1) money 2) not skilled enough for the game
