From someone that has watched all the pro games since the game came out. TenZ needs someone to tell him what NOT to do while yay is more self-sufficient, which is why if nobody is controlling TenZ then TenZ becomes inconsistent and do all kinds of flashy/brainless plays whereas yay is consistent as fuck.
both are really good tho, it's just that now yay has a better infrastructure set around him. Remember yay couldn't even do anything with the AndBox roster and sometimes he would be the second/third fragger in the team unlike now he is always the top fragger in the team.

Overall, yes I think yay > TenZ if we talk in the context as a pro player who works within a team. It feels like yay knows what to do instead of TenZ.
