1. General warmup: Aimlabs Improved Demon1 routine by VT minigod

2. Flicks: Range - Use deagle on easy bots, must make slow smooth motions and try to stop exactly in the middle of their head without needing to microadjust. Increase to medium, repeat, then hard. This helps more than you think, flicks between enemies or common spots as you clear site will give you closer crosshair placement and will be easier to microadjust.

3. Tracking: Range - Use guardian on eliminate 50 with strafe on, track each bot for a few seconds before shooting, best practice to shoot them while they're moving and not when they stop.

4. Microadjusting + movement: Deathmatch, you can start with Miyagi method using guardian, then change to vandal/phantom and go for 3-4 bullet bursts. Make sure to change up your strafes and not just go left-right-left-right. If you have very good first bullet accuracy you can also just practice immediately stopping when you see someone and go for the kill (this is what Shroud does, Tenz can too but idk if prefers this)

This is my method - a combination of many other routines and guides - I went from plat 1 to ascendant 2 in one episode by following this and now I'm immortal 2 (aim isn't everything though)

People will hate me for this take but stew's performance has been a bit inconsistent against the top teams like EDG. Stats can be deceiving, also because he has an easy time fragging against the lower half of CN teams, but otherwise he does show cracks, mostly in moments where it matters the most. You can even see this in the first half of Ascent in Ascensions final. It's not to say that he won't do well but I don't think he can dominate against top 3 teams from each region, he doesn't really even do that in CN (against EDG, TE, FPX etc.) But either way he's only gonna keep improving, we'll just have to wait and see.

I watched RA since they first formed and it's true that they had no success at first but it was evident they were already improving every match. I think it's unfair and a bit hindsight to say they wouldn't have had success later on anyway - especially since it was a new team who hadn't played with each other before. It's kinda expected that they will start slow then improve. And it's not like the players were bad at all, YiHao and Spitfires are both veterans - one who was on KONE (ex-2nd best CN team) and the other as a former teammate of KK. Then just look at where Mart1n and Viva are now, and they've only been playing since February which is insane.

That's already 4 very good players who can compete at an EDG-level, and have already done so. So I definitely don't agree that they'd be at an NIP level without the changes - and I think Mart1n and Viva's massive improvement would've happened either way - since you get players like B1ank, Kai & Lysoar coming out of nowhere. With that said though, yoman has been incredibly important as a very good IGL for RA, but I think even more credit should go to the KR coach. Without him I doubt RA would be top 3, but still very good - RA would invest into better coaching and maybe pick up a main duelist like Spring anyway. Sorry for the yap I have been rooting for RA as the dark horse since their early days so I have a lot to say, just kinda sad to see people think this team is just stew + yoman

Bro just look at RA's history and it is not just a stew + yoman carry team. Stew has been inconsistent for RA he doesn't just carry every game. Viva on the other hand was by far their best + most consistent player during almost all of act 2
