Hear me out. It seems like the team's struggles might stem from a clash of established cores rather than just individual mistakes. You are combining players from two successful teams (EG & Optic), each with their own longstanding dynamics and strategies, there HAS to be friction as they try to integrate and adapt to each other's styles. I feel like this simple issue is causing them to have difficulties in their comms, misunderstandings, ultimately impacting their performance in the game as of lately
Despite each and every one of them having individual successes, the challenge lies more in harmonizing these distinct playstyles they have and team cultures into a cohesive unit. It's less about ego and more about the complexity of merging two strong cores into a single, unified team and this is what we're missing with this core
