if you're gonna play the game like a robot it's a better use of time to just work at Mcdonalds

Try to stay conscious of only one mistake at a time. If you have several problems, then focus on only one of them while you're playing. For example, if you don't pay attention to minimap, then your primary focus for that entire game should be awareness of when to look at your minimap

That's perfectly fine. Just take it one step at a time.

adderall caffeine hyper dial in for 1 ranked game, maybe 2, and then go do something else and don't touch the game for the rest of the day.

to clarify, don't do adderall at all and only consume caffeine in <400mg a day as an adult and <100mg a day as a teen. i was exaggerating.

play like one or two hyperfocused games every day if you want to improve
another way that helps a lot from my own experience is having someone watch you
they don't even have to speak, the peer pressure makes me more aware of what i'm doing
